These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the online membership ("Membership") offered by Digital Marketing Engine Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Membership following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Membership provides access to the Digital Marketing Engine member portal ("the Portal"), which includes:
The Portal is monitored and staffed Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm GMT/BST. Questions and support requests submitted outside of these hours will be responded to during the next available monitored period. Live call schedules will be communicated within the Portal and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to add, amend, or remove content, features, and resources within the Membership at our discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. The Membership is designed to evolve over time; changes to the specific resources available do not in themselves constitute grounds for a refund.
Access to the Portal is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or permit any third party to access the Portal using your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe account sharing is occurring, without refund.
Membership operates on a rolling monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitment periods. Your Membership will continue and your payment method will be charged automatically each month on your billing date unless you cancel in accordance with clause 5.
Membership fees are as published on our website or checkout page at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP (£) and are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, subject to the notice provisions in clause 4.4.
If a payment fails, we will endeavour to notify you. Continued failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your Membership. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept current and accurate.
We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your Membership before the increase takes effect in accordance with clause 5.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by using the self-cancellation function within the Portal. Cancellation notice must be given at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect before that renewal. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Portal until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period, except as required by law.
If you are unable to access the Portal to cancel, you may contact us by email at [email protected]. Please be aware that this inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm GMT/BST. To ensure your cancellation is processed in time, we recommend emailing with sufficient notice to allow us to process your request within our monitored hours before your 48-hour deadline.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your Membership at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct we deem harmful to the community or our business, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Where we terminate your Membership without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your billing period.
If you are a consumer (purchasing other than in the course of business), you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Important: By accessing the Portal and consuming Membership content before this 14-day period has expired, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract. If you subsequently cancel within 14 days, we may charge a proportionate amount for the access and content consumed up to the point of cancellation. Your right to a full refund will be reduced accordingly.
To exercise your right to cancel under this clause, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date.
Outside of your statutory cancellation rights, all Membership fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the Membership details carefully before purchasing. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.
All support requests must be submitted within the Portal. This ensures your query is directed appropriately and responded to in a timely manner. The Portal is monitored Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm GMT/BST.
Where Portal access is not possible, you may email [email protected]. This inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm GMT/BST. We are unable to guarantee responses outside of these hours. Digital Marketing Engine Ltd is not responsible for delays in responding to queries submitted outside of monitored hours or via channels other than those stated above.
All content within the Membership — including but not limited to training materials, frameworks, templates, videos, written content, and resources — is the intellectual property of Digital Marketing Engine Ltd and is protected by copyright.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Membership content for your own business purposes during the period of your active Membership. Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published at app.digitalmarketingengine.com/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By purchasing a Membership, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly wherever possible.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Membership.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Memberships purchased on or after 1 January 2024.
