Work with high profile coaches on launches, evergreen campaigns and brand building.  And, relish the challenge of taking coaches who are developing their online business from startup to scale up!   Huge variety, lots of involvement and access to the best courses and programs to develop your skills, too!

You’ll have the freedom to work from wherever you choose, all we ask is a fast, reliable internet connection and an overlap with UK (GMT) & US timezones.

We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic, self starters who enjoy working with analytical and creative campaigns.  You’ll enjoy having the freedom to ask questions, develop solutions, test and test again!  A healthy obsession with data is a real bonus, and an innate understanding of what influences human decision making will ensure your campaigns fly high!

We’re a collaborative team where asking questions, putting forward suggestions and developing ideas is core to what we do.  People who thrive with us enjoy learning, are never too proud to ask for help, and are naturally energetic and efficient.  We’re more interested in a great job done than long hours worked, and we all feel super-strongly that the client is the heart of our operation, but also here to learn and be guided by us in our area of expertise.

Ongoing development is 100% necessary and available to you. We have access to the most salubrious and successful online training programs and networks so you can develop your own skills and experience.

 

 

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Checking in on client campaigns
  • Developing and executing media buying strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and creative
  • Research into client competitors
  • Analyzing and comparing data
  • Communicating with the team in Slack
  • Attending ad-hoc and scheduled zoom meetings (1x scheduled team meeting per week, ad hoc client meetings as required)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Facebook ads, preferably with coaching clients and / or ecommerce.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Committed to and excited by getting great results, then beating them!
  • Confident working remotely and have strong, fast internet that is reliable
  • Clean Facebook profile with no ad bans or restrictions in place or historically
  • Able to work with high-level strategic direction, make decisions and ask good questions!

We meet weekly by zoom and communicate throughout the day on Slack and in our project management software (similar to Asana).

 

What We Offer:

Salaries are paid weekly or Monthly (your preference) in USD or local currency.
